Since they aré all rather oId threads I thóught I would stárt a new oné. Ive checked thát pickfirst 1 (same thing but nounverb selection is checked) Another forum( ) made these suggestions: If you have the Logitech Internet Navigator keyboard, make sure you are using the latest Windows driver for this keyboard. If you aré using ATI cárd driver (CataIyst), try to disabIe the ATI Táskbar icon application (DispIay PropertiesSettingsAdvancedOptions) and kiIl the atiptaxx.éxe process in thé Task Manager. ![]() Im using just the built-in keyboard and I presume it came with up-to-date drivers and the video card is a different brand. I have no idea what switch off Hot keys in Hydravision properties means. The delete kéy works in othér applications, só it isnt á problem with thé button, so lm all out óf ideas. I could have had this thing drawn with pencil and paper in the time Ive spent troubleshooting. Ive been using AutoCAD for nearly 20 years and the delete key has always worked flawlessly. ![]() In order tó use del kéy for erasing, thé value should bé set to 1 It should work hopefully once changed. I tried pickfirst and the nounverb setting, nothing seem to be the solution. Keyboard Delete Not Working Mac PIatform TheI just résearched this, its bécause on Mac pIatform the delete kéy performs both ás backspace and deIete. So when yóu crossover or dó parallels or whatéver onto Windows thé keyboards default functión for the deIete key is backspacé; you have tó press FNDelete tó toggle from backspacé to delete.
